Udaipur, city in northwestern India, in Rajasthan state. Udaipur is
located southwest of Jaipur near the border with Gujarat state. It is

in 1568.

2.0 Cms thick thermo cols. After this packing the items are being packed
in wooden Carats, then tied and banded with 18 mm wide steel strips
thru machine. (Thereafter consignee and exporter's addresses are painted
on the carats)

Getting Shipment Delivery:
After clearing your shipment from our port of loading and sail of vessel
from Indian port, you will soon receive original shipping documents
thru DHL or FedEx Express (so please provides us your full shipping
address with postal code/zip code, Telephone & Fax Nos. and email
address), as these documents contain local address with zip code/postal
code, telephone no, fax no. and e-mail details of your delivering shipping
agency near your location, hence you should also contact the shipping
agency and produce these original shipping documents to that shipping
agent for clearing of your shipment to at port of destination and take
delivery of your ordered shipment on arrival of vessel to your destination
port. (We can also update you the current shipping status thru e-mail
and telephone, if require by you).
Destination shipping, clearing, handling & local transportation,
delivery Charges and Ocean Freight:
Each Client/Buyer agrees to pay Destination Shipping, Clearing, handling
and local transportation, delivery Charges and Ocean Freight charges
as applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the Client's
at the destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is
pre-paid or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Global Art Interiors.
Should Global Art Interiors be required to pay any such Destination
Shipping, Clearing, handling and local transportation, delivery Charges
and Ocean Freight charges on the import of Client's/Buyer's ordered
shipment, the amount of such Destination or Door delivery charges including
Shipping, Clearing, handling & local transportation, delivery Charges
and Ocean Freight charges (as applicable) and all related any such amount
shall become immediately due and payable by the client/buyer to Global
Art Interiors.
Each Client agrees to report and pay its own taxes, duties and custom
warehouse demurrage charges and all related interest, fines, or penalties
as and when applicable or imposed on import of ordered shipment by the
destination Country or State or any jurisdiction, either it is pre-paid
or post-paid thru door delivery arrangement by Global Art Interiors.
Should Global Art Interiors be required to pay any such taxes, duties
and custom on the import of Client's ordered shipment, the amount of
such taxes, duties, custom, warehouse demurrage charges and all related
interest, fines, or penalties shall become immediately due and payable
by the client/buyer to Global Art Interiors.
Global Art Interiors will accept returns of products, and will agree
to refunds for Customers who initiate an inquiry or complaint either
with Global Art Interiors or with Product(s) as per terms and conditions
mentioned below. Global Art Interiors will use its best efforts to resolve
customer inquiries and complaints in a manner that is acceptable to
both Clients/Buyer and Global Art Interiors:
Global Art Interiors will provide refund without any penalty to Customer
who initiates a return of products to Global Art Interiors directly
to Sales location at Udaipur, Rajasthan (INDIA) within 15-days from
receipt of shipment. Global Art Interiors will also charge handling
and re-import charge on customers/Buyers (as applicable) who make returns
to Global Art Interiors directly. All the charges of re importing to
Global Art Interiors/returning to Global Art Interiors will solely be
borne by the client/buyer itself and any kind of taxes, duties, custom,
warehouse demurrage charges and all related interest, fines, or penalties
shall be borne by the client/buyer.
On any case of issue customer refund the Global Art Interiors requires
& confirm full liabilities of Client to return back entire product(s)
in proper condition as it was sold to Client, and within 15-days from
receipt of shipment without use.
Export Packing, shipping including custom clearing, transportation,
handling and Insurance charges will not be refunded and/or returns and
charge back to Client. (Only the price of items/products will be refunded
to the client/buyer within 15-days from receipt of shipment to Global
Art Interiors which is being returned by the client/buyer)
Global Art Interiors may, at its sole discretion, unilaterally make
amendments or modifications to this shipping and returns policy from
